A flat, grassy surface is best. We can set up on pavement, asphalt or indoors. We need notice when scheduling where the set up will be. Be sure to have any area clear of sticks and rocks.
Easy, message our facebook, email, or call/text the phone number provided and we will get you on the schedule. Once we have been in contact and you are scheduled, we will provide a liability waiver, rental safety rules, and damage fee form. Then we will collect the payment.
Payment can be cash or card.
If high winds over 15mph or heavy rain are predicted we will need to cancel. We have a rain policy in place that will allow you to reschedule or receive a credit for a future date.
Yes! We will deliver, set up and come clean up within a 40 mile radius of Marion IL. Anything further will be a $50 delivery fee. Also please note sales tax will be included in the price of your inflatable based on your location.
A standard 110v household outlet is required within 50-75 feet of the inflatable. We will provide 1 extension cord for each inflatable rented
No. We will provide 1 water hose to connect to the water slide. The units that are specified as dry have to remain dry. There will be an added damage/cleaning fee if a dry inflatable was used with water.
For the safety of all participants, the following rules MUST be followed at all times while using the inflatable equipment. Failure to follow these rules may result in serious injury and immediate termination of use.
1. Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times.
2. Do not exceed maximum occupancy or weight limits.
3. No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, pushing, or horseplay.
4. No climbing or hanging on walls, netting, or supports.
5. No shoes, sharp objects, jewelry, or hard toys.
6. No food, drinks, gum, candy, or silly string inside the inflatable.
7. No pets allowed inside or near the inflatable.
8. Do not use during rain, lightning, strong winds, or severe weather.
9. Immediately exit the inflatable if it begins deflating.
10. Keep entrance and exit areas clear at all times.
11. No smoking, fire pits, grills, or open flames near the inflatable.
12. Do not move or relocate the inflatable once setup is complete.
13. Only approved users within age and weight requirements may participate.
14. Users with medical conditions, neck/back injuries, pregnancy, or physical limitations should not participate.
The renter is financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, loss, misuse, or negligence involving the rental equipment during the rental period. The following fees are examples of common damage and cleaning charges.
